Privacy Policy

Kalmareth: Rune Duel VR (“the Game”) is developed and published by UniCoti (유니코티), a sole proprietorship based in the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what information the Game processes and why.

The Game does not ask for your name, email address, or any account details, and it has no voice chat, advertising, or analytics SDKs.

To run online 1v1 matches, the Game connects to multiplayer servers operated by Photon (Exit Games GmbH). During a session these servers process:

• your IP address and network connection data, to route traffic and pick a nearby server region;
• a random session identifier generated for that match;
• in-game state such as player position, hand/controller movement, and spell actions, which is relayed to your opponent in real time.

We do not use this data to identify you, build profiles, or for marketing.

Multiplayer networking is provided by Photon. Their handling of connection data is described in the Photon Privacy Policy.

Purchases, downloads, and your platform account are handled by the store you use (Meta Horizon Store or Steam) under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment details.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Match data is used only while the match is running and is not stored by us afterwards. Photon may keep short-lived technical logs as described in its own policy.

You can stop all data processing by not playing online matches or by uninstalling the Game. Since we do not keep personal data tied to you, there is normally nothing for us to delete; if you believe we hold information about you, or want to exercise any right to access, correct, or delete it, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If the Game starts collecting additional data (for example, online rankings or analytics), we will update this page before that feature ships and change the effective date above.
